What it’s like working at springboard

We began as a web design company that specialized in creating custom WordPress websites for small businesses throughout Indiana and the Mid-west. In fact, we used to pump out 50-60 website/year! However, that was many websites and WordPress updates ago! It’s safe to say that we’ve grown up and evolved a lot over the past few years and expanded our service offerings into the world of ecommerce marketing to include; Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC advertising (AKA: PPC/AdWords), email marketing, and ecommerce web design and development for local Indiana and Mid-west ecommerce businesses.

We still hold a special place in our hearts for WordPress, but we’ve moved on to ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and even WooCommerce. We offer a fun, energetic, self-managed work environment that runs on individual personal accountability, scrum and coffee. If you’re looking for a 9-5, we can make that work. Just know that not everyone here abides by the same schedule; we handle our business and projects during the hours that suit us best, individually.

Our office is located in Lawrence, Indiana (15 minutes Northeast of downtown Indianapolis) and offers the following perks:
