Web Production Specialist

We are in need of an Internet Marketing generalist to assist with web site design / development small – midsized businesses. This role is the center-point of our team and is vital to the success of creating new, and maintaining existing solutions for our clientele. The majority of your workload will be centered on new web design / development, but a solid dose of website content maintenance, email marketing, SEO and PPC will be sprinkled in to keep things exciting. A solid knowledgebase of all things Internet Marketing is needed and ability for the continual sharpening of the saw is a must.

Our website products are delivered almost exclusively on the WordPress platform, and experience with WordPress is a must! We push WP to its limits and expect you to have a solid understanding of the admin back-end, common plugins, and how to integrate custom designs onto the system. In addition to a healthy balance of good design skills and basic CSS/HTML skills this position requires a bit of organization to stay on top of the numerous projects we have going simultaneously and to coordinate with some outside vendors. Organization, great verbal / written communications and a good sense of humor are all additional necessities of this role.

Familiarity with ecommerce, email delivery systems and social media platforms are helpful.

Requirements
- 2+ Years of Professional Web Design Experience
- Experience with customizing and maintaining WordPress Themes
- Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, Java Script & JQuery
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)
- Graphic Design Experience – Clean, Professional Style

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
- Experience with email delivery systems such as MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, etc
- Experience with social media platforms such as Twitter / Facebook
